Note: Some of the names of the menus might be different depending on the android phone.

  1. Open App Drawer/Menu to enter settings on phone
  2. Enter Apps/Applications Menu
  3. View all apps/See all apps/ Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen
  4. Find outlook and select it
  5. Select Storage/Storage and Cache/Data
  6. Select Clear storage/data and Clear Cache
  7. Re open outlook and sign-in
