Note: Some of the names of the menus might be different depending on the android phone.
- Open App Drawer/Menu to enter settings on phone
- Enter Apps/Applications Menu
- View all apps/See all apps/ Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen
- Find outlook and select it
- Select Storage/Storage and Cache/Data
- Select Clear storage/data and Clear Cache
- Re open outlook and sign-in
