If you are encountering difficulty signing in to Outlook, Teams, or other Microsoft applications on your phone after your account was migrated between tenants, please try the following steps to remove the old account data from your device:


  1. Delete any apps that you are unable to sign into (Outlook, Teams, etc) from your phone.

  2. Download the Microsoft Edge browser from the Apple app store. You can find it here: Microsoft Edge: AI Browser on the App Store 
    • Note: you do not have to keep/use Edge for browsing on your phone- we're just putting on to access the special "Reset all accounts" function.

  3. Open the Edge app

  4. Browse to the following URL:

    edge://signin-internals


  5. Tap the button that says "RemoveAllAccounts":


  6. You will see a little red popup saying that it removed accounts. You can close Edge.


  7. Re-install the apps you want to sign in to (Outlook, Teams, etc). You should now be able to sign in.
