If you receive a calendar invitation from an external sender and wish to forward it to someone within your organization, you can do so in one of the two following ways:

|Click the three dots in the body of the message in Outlook:||Find the event on your calendar, and double-click it to open it in it's own separate window.|
|Choose "Forward as attachment" from the popup menu that appears:||In the top-left corner, click the dropdown menu next to "Forward" and choose "Forward as iCalendar":|
|A new email window will appear with an attachment that represents the original invitation. Address it to your desired recipient and click "Send".||A new email window will appear with an attachment that represents the calendar event. Address it to your desired recipient and click "Send".|
If you receive an event forwarded in a manner described above, simply open the attachment. If it was forwarded before being added to the original sender's calendar, it will display the original invitation message with an ".iCal" attachment. Otherwise, it will just be an ".iCal" attachment.
Open the ".iCal" attachment and you will see the following prompt:
Click Yes and it will be added to your calendar.
