What are Connectors?

Connectors are a like tools that Claude can use to access external services and data, and even take actions on your behalf. Each Connector service exposes a set of actions that Claude can use when contextually appropriate to a request.

How do I see which Connectors are available?

In Claude, open Settings by clicking on your name in the bottom-right corner, then choosing Settings. From there, select Connectors from the list on the right-hand side, under Customize:

This page will show you your currently Enabled connectors, and any which are available for you to use.

If you see a connector with the Connect button, you can click it to enable it for your account.

If a connector shows a ⚠️Reconnect button, that means something went wrong with the connection. Click the button to re-enable it for your account.

A connector I want to use is missing! How do I add it?

The best way to get a new connector enabled is to open a support ticket with the connector you'd like to have enabled, and your business use-case for it. While you can request a connector be enabled directly in the Claude interface, we will still need to reach out to you directly to evaluate any relevant security implications. Opening a ticket is the fastest way to initiate this process.
