Update your device

In order to access your email account on your iOS device, your device must be running the latest version of iOS available for it. If you are unable to add your email account to your device and it is not up to date, we will first ask that you update your device.

Required information for setup

In order to set up email on your iOS device, you must have the following information:

  • Your email address
  • Your username
  • Domain
  • Mailserver address
  • Your account password

If you are missing any of the above information, please contact care@osmosis.net and we will provide you with it.

⚠ Important

Before completing the following steps, disconnect your phone from wifi. After you have set up email on your phone you may re-enable wifi.

Setting up mail on your iOS device


Go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings app > scroll down and tap Accounts & Passwords > Add Account.


Select Exchange.


Enter your email address and a description (the description is how the account will appear in the Mail app). Tap Next.

Tap Configure Manually


Enter your password and tap Next.


Fill in all the fields in the next screen with the information you were provided for your account.

Tap Next.


Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save. You're done!
